HOSPITALITY INTERIOR DESIGN

Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport

Located in Orlando, FL, USA. The interior the hotel is a definitive exercise in integrated atrium architecture, where the spatial experience is dictated by an expansive, multi-story central volume. The design is anchored by a monumental hemispherical skylight supported by a rhythmic white space-frame structure, which floods the terminal-adjacent lobby with natural light and emphasizes a seamless connection to the sky. This verticality is reinforced by tiered, curvilinear balconies and perimeter plantings that introduce an organic.

Chromatically, the space employs a restrained, neutral palette of warm creams and polished stone, punctuated by the vibrant green of indoor palms and the deep teal accents of the seating clusters. A strict axial symmetry is maintained through the alignment of the central fountain and the rhythmic placement of vertical elevators, which act as kinetic sculptural elements within the void.

Beijing LeJoy Hotel

Located in Beijing, China. The spatial experience is defined by an expansive communal volume that utilizes a neutral, high-contrast palette of slate greys, warm timbers, and exposed concrete. A rigorous grid of blackened steel structural beams and recessed linear lighting anchors the ceiling plane, emphasizing a sense of urban transparency and structural honesty. A strict axial symmetry is maintained through the linear arrangement of multi-functional zones—including co-working spaces and craft breweries—which are delineated by rhythmic glass partitions and polished stone flooring.
